Shipping & Delivery

We work with multiple vendors & logistics companies. The below shipping details are broken down by product to make this easier to see what the shipping rates and delivery times will be. Please note that if ordering multiple items these will be sent as soon as they are ready so you may receive multiple packages at different times. 

We currently ship to the US, CA, EU, and AUS but some products are only fulfilled in the US. Please note the chart. The products listed as N/A do not ship to certain countries. We are working to expand our shipping capabilities to add in more countries for those items! 

SHIPPING RATES

We offer free standard shipping on all our orders. Since most items are made to order, it's difficult to speed up the process but if you really need something faster then please send us a message and we'll see what we can do. 

FULFILLMENT & DELIVERY TIMES

These times include the time to prep/make the order and deliver to your door. These are based on business days (M-F) and not including major holidays. The time starts the day after the order is placed since some orders could be placed late in the day and might not be started till the following day.

    Where will my order ship from?

    We work with vendors in the US, Spain, Latvia, Mexico, and China


    Will I be charged customs for my order?

    An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.


    My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

    Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

    • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
    • Ask your local post office if they have your package

    If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office (or at your neighbor’s), get in touch with us at contact@noiregardens.com with your order number. We will look into this right away.

    If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.


    How do I track my order?

    You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at contact@noiregardens.com.

    I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

    We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at contact@noiregardens.com within 7 days with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
