What's your return policy?

Most of our products are printed and made to order. Returns aren’t put back on our warehouse shelves, as we can’t resell them. 

Because of this, we can only accept returns for store credit. If there is an issue with a product, please send a message to rachel@noiregardens.com.

After receiving the item, the store credit return will be processed within 3-7 days. We are unable to process returns sent to us without prior notification. Please make sure to contact us first at rachel@noiregardens.com.

 

How do I issue a return?

Please contact us within 30 days at rachel@noiregardens.com and send the following:

  • Order Number
  • Reason for the return

We will issue a free return shipping label if you are located in the US. If located out of the US then return shipping is at your expense. Once receiving the item, the store credit return will be processed within 3-7 days.

 

What if my item is damaged or lost in transit?

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 7 days after the product has been received.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Wrong Address: If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed: Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.

  

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

At this time we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. The sizing runs true to size so it should fit according to the size purchased, however we know that there are some cases where the fit isn't quite right. If this is the case then please issue a return and order the updated size.
